After graduating high school from Appleton City, I went on to graduate with a degree in Art Education and Art History from Missouri Western State University. I am currently working on earning a certification in Social Studies. 

I began my first year here at Montrose in August of 2022.  The 2026-2027 school year will be my fifth year teaching.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and outdoor activities with my husband Hagen and daughter Sloane.
